Article Submission Guidelines

It is free to submit articles to Breeze Articles, however please observe the guidelines below to ensure that your articles are approved and published in a timely manner.

Is your article already in our database?
Before submitting an article to Breeze Articles please check to ensure that your article has not already been submitted by you or by someone else.

Does the article being submitted belong to you?
Any article you submit must be your own that you have written, or that you have commissioned to be written exclusively for your use.

Have you spellchecked your article?
Articles containing spelling errors will not be considered for inclusion in the Breeze Articles database. Please use a spellchecker on your article before submitting it.

Unneccessary HTML code
Copying your article from MS Word and pasting it directly into our article submission form often results in a lot of hidden formatting code being submitted along with your article. We cannot accept articles that include tags other than basic HTML formatting tags like <b>, <p>, <a>, <i>, <ul>, etc. Formatting tags including, but not limited to, <font>, <class> and <script> are not acceptable and will result in your article being rejected.

It is advisable to check your article's tags by clicking the HTML button in the toolbar above the article submission form, before submitting it.

You can safely format your article using the provided formatting tools in the toolbar of the submission form as this will not result in unacceptable tags being added to your article.

Active links
While you may include active hyperlinks to your website in the body of your article and in the Author box, please limit the number of links to a maximum of 2 in each location.

Are you submitting your article to the correct Category?
You may submit your article to one Category only. Please ensure that you select the most appropriate Category to submit your article to. Submitting the same article to multiple Categories will result in your article being deleted and may also result in your Author account being deleted.

Important note
Breeze Articles reserves the right to add to or alter these Guidelines at any time and without warning. The editors reserve the right to remove any article for any reason and without notice. Authors who regularly or blatantly breach these Guidelines will have their Author accounts and articles deleted.
